FREEDOM COMMUNITY FESTIVAL Market stall APPLICATION

 

Thank you for taking an interest in trading at The Freedom Community Festival Music 2020. The event will take place on 30th & 31st May at Freedom Fields Park, Plymouth.

We strive to give the festival a fun, relaxed family-friendly atmosphere that attracts a wide range of people from across Plymouth and beyond. To reflect this we aim to provide a diverse choice of market stalls for our festival-goers. 
We prioritise applications from Plymouth traders first then widen our criteria to encompass all of Devon and Cornwall if all spots are not filled. We also give priority to those applying for a full a Two-day pitch before looking to One day only applications.

PRICES

A pitch for the full two days of the live music event is costed at only £45. One day only pitches can be obtained for £25. These prices are based on a standard pitch size of 3 metres squared. If a bigger pitch is required, the price will increase depending on the size needed.

POWER

Market stalls don’t usually require power but if you do need it, you are required to provide your own generator.

 

Your Pitch

Once booked, a pitch will be allocated to you, and a site plan will be provided before the event. Your pitch will also be marked out on the ground on the day(s). You will supply your own shelter, coverings, tables, and chairs, etc if required.  Please be aware that the park is situated on open, high ground so we recommend that your tent or gazebo is suitably weighted and pegged as it can sometimes get extremely windy.

INSURANCE

A copy of your public liability insurance and a risk assessment of your pitch is required along with full payment before your pitch can be fully reserved.

We do our best to respond to all applicants, however, due to the volume of applications received we are often unable to do so. Following a review of your application, we will be touch via email to let know if you have been successful.

The closing date for submissions is 20th March at which point all fees need to be paid in order to fully book your spot.

Does your business trade out of a vehicle such as a van, truck or trailer? You will be required to give us on the dimensions of the vehicle and provide us with photos.
