  • Place an order for any of our products.
  •  Apply to trade, perform or volunteer at the festival.

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Process your order, manage your account.
  • Email you with information on the festival or details about your role in it.

The following applies to artists only:

If you agree, we will share your data with our CD manufacturer – DMS.

When we process an order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

We securely store your data on various password protected computers, or our MailChimp email provider’s secure server.
We will keep your data for a minimum time period of 24 months. Once this time period has expired, depending on the type of data the servers will automatically delete your data or we will manually delete it unless you request otherwise.

Marketing

We like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop The Freedom Community Festival from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of our group.
