Betamax

Betamax grace the Freedom stage at 4 pm on Sunday 2nd June.

Plymouth’s premiere 80’s covers band. The members of Betamax have a long history and experience of playing in various bands over the years and came together to celebrate a decade of Synth Pop/Rock.

Betamax are: Rich Avery – lead vocal and guitar, Lee Harper –  Keys/Synth, Alex McGinnes – drums and backing vox, Henry Emmery – Bass guitar, and Ben Grubb – lead guitar.

Prepare for a set of crowd-pleasing favourites from artists like New Order, Gary Numan, Talking Heads, Blondie, Bowie, U2, OMD, Bronski Beat, The Smiths, INXS, Duran Duran, Madness, Kraftwork, Depeche Mode to name a few.
